Beats To Music - Turning Beats You Buy Into Great Music

Beats to music and how to create music out of them is a matter of coming up with something fitting and powerful to powerful hip hop beats and rap instrumentals, or any type of beat or instrumental for that matter.  Too often, musical concepts are thought of, hot lyrics are created at the tip of a pencil to paper, and inspiring song lyrics are written, but they are usually written prior to feeling out a beat or instrumental to see if it works out at all to their benefit, or if it is a failed conception before it had a chance to hit the radio, mixtape, or album.

Turning beats to music is something that can be done with a bit more ease, as long as you allow yourself to be immersed into the hip hop instrumentals or R&B beats that you listen to first.  Sometimes, you can create a very powerful music track or a full album with the inspiration of the instrumental you heard before writing lyrics down!  After all, most of the time when we listen to a song, is it not the sound, mood, and rhythm of the beats that draw us in at first?  I'm not sure about you, but there have been some songs to me personally, that while the lyrics weren't written to me in a way that they could stand on their own, the beat itself allowed me to still really enjoy the overall music track because it was so captivating!  Or maybe it's just me.

It is with that thought in mind, that beats to music should be utilized as a start up method of writing powerful and popular music!  When you hear deep sounding rap beats, let the beats immerse you into the mood that they are conveying, and as you sit with your headphones on, start writing what comes to mind.  If you're not great at writing lyrics when you first listen, that's okay.  You won't be alone.  You can start writing brief words or thoughts that are related to the mood of the beat you're listening to.  When you listen to the tone or sound of emotional R&B instrumentals, try to let the feel of the instrumental inspire you to write new R&B songs that may not be out, in terms of stories being told, love triangles involved, or other types of things that you can write about to draw in the listener.

With time and more practice, you'll find that you can turn beats to music with ease.  Allow your mind to feel the instrumentals that you hear, and create music that will capture the audience in all angles!
