Non-Exclusive Licensing, is allowed for multiple uses but is licensed AS IS on the website.  Non exclusive beats are not eligible for alteration unless otherwise reviewed and approved by Genycis.  Beats under this license are eligible to be used for demos, mixtapes, albums, website use, commercials, movies, and other promotional uses.  However, non exclusive beats may not be used in conjunction with larger scale demo, album, mixtape, or other media sales, major project work that is subject to contracts with major deals or labels, without the express written consent of German Lopez aka Genycis.  Multiple people may license the same beat under Basic licensing.  Non exclusive Beats generally run under $20.00 for non-exclusive licensing.  Non-exclusive licensing does NOT authorize the ability to resell this beat either as a Genycis beat, or as your own creation unless discussed with Genycis, and approval has been consented via email or written agreement.

Exclusive Licensing, allows you to use the beat for demos, mixtapes, albums, website use, commercials, movies, performances, and other promotional uses.   Exclusive licensing allows only the user who purchases exclusive licensing rights to use the beat.  Generally, beats that have been licensed under the Non-exclusive licensing previously are not eligible for exclusive.  (If a person still requests this particular instrumental as exclusive even after someone else has non-exclusively licensed it and it has been advised, this can  be discussed with Genycis for further options).  I will remove the beat from the website under Exclusive Licensing, and the beat will be sent to the licensee of the exclusive beat.  Though purchase of exclusive licensing allows you full use of the beat, exclusive licensing does NOT authorize the ability to resell this beat either as a Genycis beat, or as your own creation unless discussed with Genycis, and approval has been consented via email or written agreement.

Rearranging of the beat you choose on the site (e.g. time, bpm, bars, etc.) can also be done for an extra $20 fee with Exclusive Licensing unless waived by Genycis, but the beat and melody will be maintained in the track. Meaning, I, Genycis, will not change an entire portion of the song to which the song itself is changed and almost sounds like an entirely new track.  If you choose, a full track out of each instrument of the beat is available at an additional $10 which covers CD cost and shipping.  If you desire the entire project file in addition to the tracked out beat, an additional $20 will be charged.  Exclusive beats vary in price starting at $250.00, but also accumulate reductions when more Exclusive beats are purchased at the same time.

Custom Licensing costs vary per beat and start roughly at $300.00. Custom beats are created from scratch and worked with the artist interested in licensing. The beat will be your exclusive only, and will not be posted on the website. Please provide specifics to custom beats. Custom beats are licensed not bought, although contract will allow you full rights to use the beat as you need and closely follow the terms of Exclusive Licensing as listed above.

Full Rights Ownership costs vary per beat and start at roughly $1,000.00 and up, and grant you complete ownership of the beat in its entirety.  The beat will be placed on a CD, as well as the project file.  This beat is completely owned and may be resold, edited, re-created, and entirely changed.  This beat, once fully bought out, is the sole ownership of the buyer.  Contact me directly for further discussion.

All copyrights remain under my possession and ownership, unless Full Rights Ownership is purchased.  If you purchase Exclusive rights or Custom rights, you may do what you wish with the beat with the exceptions listed above, and no one else will have ability to own it.

To actually purchase full rights of the beats, please contact me for further discussion. I retain creation rights on all my beats and should be credited with producer or beatmaker comments on project work. All exclusive beats require signed contract or email agreement, and payment first before beats are sent out. All beats, whether non-exclusive or exclusive, will be sent out on a CD-R if requested for an additional $5.00 shipping (trackouts, only for exclusive or custom beats as mentioned above is a $10.00 charge which includes shipping).
